Terms of Service
Effective October 17, 2026
These terms apply to services sold by Midwest Made Consulting, a business name of Matthew T Wisse, a sole proprietor, 2809 E Hamilton Ave #4063, Eau Claire, WI 54701 (“we,” “us”). By purchasing a service you agree to them. Questions: hello@midwestmadeconsult.com.
1. Services
We sell monthly services for small businesses. What each service includes, and its price, is described on the page where you buy it. We may improve how a service is delivered as long as it still does what that page says.
2. Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time yourself from your billing page, with no phone call. Cancelling stops future charges; the service runs until the end of the month you have paid for. Any refund promise shown on the page where you bought the service (for example, a refund if we cannot connect your account in your first week) is part of these terms.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access the service needs (for example, admin access to a Facebook Page, or forwarding of missed calls to a number we provide).
- Only ask us to publish content or send messages you have the right to publish or send.
- For text-message services: keep the voicemail disclosure we set up, and do not ask us to send marketing texts. Messages sent through our numbers follow our SMS Terms.
5. Content and approvals
Where a service includes an approval step, nothing goes live until you have approved the first items as described on the service page. You own your business name, logo and content. You give us permission to use them only to deliver your service.
6. No guarantees of results
We work to make each service useful, but we do not guarantee any particular number of calls, customers, views or revenue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
8. Ending service
We may stop a service if it is used unlawfully or to send spam, or if payment fails and is not fixed. If we end a service for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current month.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
10. Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and email current customers about material changes before they take effect.
11. SMS Terms
Midwest Made Consulting sends text messages only to people who called a number we operate (our demo line, or a client's text-back number) and heard the recorded greeting that says a text will follow. Message frequency: 1 to 3 messages per call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email hello@midwestmadeconsult.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
